Singapore Town

It's International Week, and Lin, Jason, Ailin and Enqi did a little medley of a few Singaporean songs as an item for the cultural performance (after all, what better way to represent Singapore's culture than a medley of our childhood propaganda songs?). While it wasn't perfect, I thought it was a very good effort, considering that it was a rather last-minute thing.

It was also interesting how it'd evolved from this...

To this...

The other performances were (mostly) really good too, though I wasn't really in a video-y mood for most of it, opting instead to just enjoy them live... Here's one I did take though, of Japan's extremely amusing fisherman dance (or something like that). Think it's titled Soran-bushi.

Cultural performances are actually rather entertaining when it's not the same old stuff you see every year =P

I'm inclined to think that they'd disagree with the song to begin with. But that's just me.
